Inside corners received splash guards, and end caps and miters were sealed and fastened with care.
The finished system blends with the trim from the street, but the real upgrade is performance. Roof water now enters cleanly, flows smoothly to the downspouts, and exits well away from high-traffic doors and the foundation. In winter, that helps cut down on refreeze spots on concrete. In summer, it protects landscaping, keeps dirt off the brick, and reduces maintenance for the property manager.
